- To meet the individual needs of the child during transition, the school will need a copy of their EYFS profile
- This will state the child’s level of development in each of the areas of learning (Early Learning Goals) as either emerging, expected or exceeding
- Other information that will be useful to the school can include:
- The child’s friends
- The child’s likes, dislikes and interests
- Information about any Special Educational Needs and Disabilities that the child has
- Other assessments that have been performed
