- A personal development plan (PDP) is a record of your learning and development goals and your progress towards achieving them
- Your PDP should be reviewed with your manager during supervision to ensure you are on target or to revise your goals if there has been changes
- Your Continuous Professional Developing (CPD) record should document all your learning and development. This includes:
- Formal training
- Qualifications
- Shadowing/induction etc.
- Coaching/mentoring etc.
