Learning outcome: Be able to use reflective practice to contribute to personal development
Assessment criteria: 4.3 Record progress in relation to personal development

• A personal development plan (PDP) is a record of your learning and development goals and your progress towards achieving them
• Your PDP should be reviewed with your manager during supervision to ensure you are on target or to revise your goals if there has been changes
• Your Continuous Professional Developing (CPD) record should document all your learning and development. This includes:
  • Formal training
  • Qualifications
  • Shadowing/induction etc.
  • Coaching/mentoring etc.
