  • Quality of service is improved by continuously identifying, planning and implementing ways to deliver services better
  • Reflective practice forces us to take the time to critically evaluate our work experiences and assess how we could do it better next time
  • If conscious reflective practice is not utilised, there is a higher likelihood that we will not earn from our experiences
