• Mental Health – An individual’s psychological and emotional well being, which incorporates self-esteem, confidence and resilience.
• Mental Ill-Health – An individual’s diagnosed mental disorder that affects their behaviour and thought patterns in certain situations.
• Resilience – The ability to adapt and cope with any problems an individual may come across in their life.
• Self-esteem – The confidence an individual has within themselves that gives them the ability to view themself with a high self worth and respect.
