• Support plans allow different specialists and staff to communicate with each other so they are aware of where the individual is at and what is best suited for them at that moment in time.
• Support plans contain important information such as information about the individual and their triggers which can help support workers keep up with the individuals needs.
• These plans are updated regularly so changes of what is and isn’t helping the individual are known which allows the individual to carry on with their positive behaviour.
