• Certain triggers may cause the individual to change and increase the likelihood of an episode of behaviour that challenges occurring.
• An increase in violent or self harming behaviours may be an indication of an episode occurring.
• Small changes may occur overtime that when put together indicates an episode of behaviour that challenges occurs.
• Notes and observations should be taken overtime to recognise any of these changes to prepare for an episode to take place.
