• Aggression = Uncontrollable fits of rage that easily lead to violence after a small dispute. This can be through verbal or physical behaviours and the aggressive individual is unable to control their thoughts and actions and is unable to calm down and think about the situation logically.
• Assertive = Behaviour that is calculated and controlled and usually doesn’t lead to violence. It promotes finding a solution that fits both parties with as little conflict as possible.
