• Conflict = A dispute between individuals over a certain situation which may result in violence or aggression. This can occur due to misunderstandings or disagreements and can happen frequently in everyday life. Conflicts are usually easily resolved or if not just end with the individuals avoiding each other.
• Behaviour = A long term set of actions that can cause harm to the individual and others which often occurs without provoke. The aggression is usually one-sided and can lead to violence.
