• Verbal = Language that is deemed as offensive within society such as swear words, inappropriate language, threats and slang.
• Non-verbal = Behaviours or actions that are deemed as inappropriate or deviant within society such as stealing and damaging others property, staring for long periods of time at an individual, eating or chewing on inedible objects, rocking forwards and backwards and pacing around.
• Physical = Behaviours that are deemed as aggressive within society such as fighting, hitting, kicking, spitting, biting etc.
