• Quality Assurance (QA) is the process of assessing services to ensure they meet current standards and objectives and identify areas for improvement
• There are several ways you can contribute to quality assurance processes:
  • Managing complaints
  • Requesting, collating and analysing feedback from individuals that your support and their family (verbal, surverys, questionnaires etc.)
  • Reporting issues and concerns in your work setting
