• For this assessment criterion, you will be required to demonstrate that you are able to create an environment which promotes physical development in your own setting
• Some things to consider may include:
  • The variety of resources and activities that are available (e.g. balls, ride-on toys, art supplies etc.)
  • How practitioners observe, assess, interact and introduce new ideas and concepts to children
  • The relationships that practitioners have with children and how they are positive role models
  • Ensuring that all children are included in activities
  • Having free-flow between indoor and outdoor play areas
