  • Early Years Practitioners should be able to use a variety ofcommunication methods to meet the needs and preferences of the individuals that they work with including children, parents, carers, co-workers and other professionals
  • E.g. if a co-worker has a hearing impairment, you may to ensure that you face them when talking so that they can read your lips
