This unit is part of the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner and has the following learning outcomes and assessment criteria:

- 3. Be able to work in ways which support equality, diversity and inclusive practice in an Early Years Setting
- 3.1 Interact with babies, young children, parents/carers in a way that values them and meets their individual needs
- 3.2 Reflect on the impact of own attitudes, values and behaviour when supporting equality, diversity and inclusive practice
