• Team performance can be evaluated and reviewed by:
  • Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are quantitative metrics that can be used to establish if targets are being met
  • Requesting feedback from others, including team members, clients and their families
  • Team discussion relating to progress towards objectives
• If challenges arise, leaders must identify the reasons why and address them – this is often best achieved via team discussion
