  • Follow your employer’s agreed ways of working
  • Report concerns to your manager or other appointed person (e.g. safeguarding lead)
  • Document your concerns
  • Follow-up to ensure your concern has been taken seriously and whistleblow to others, if necessary
  • As part of your role, you may be required to collect information as part of an investigation
