  • Think about some of the times that you have used reflective practice to gain knowledge and insight from your experiences
  • E.g. due to receiving a large volume of support calls from your team members, you reflect on how you handle their queries. You realise that 90% of the time, they already know the answer for themselves but are just looking for confirmation. Instead of answering queries directly, you decide to ask them what they think instead. Over time, your team develops to become more confident and less reliant on you and the number of calls you receive reduces, giving you additional time to work in other areas.
