• Self – follow agreed ways of working, report hazards, attend training, use equipment correctly, only perform tasks you are trained in
• Employer/manager – ensure safe working environment, carry out risk assessments and minimise or remove risks, provide training, provide equipment, provide policies and procedures, report incidents/disease/dangerous occurences
• Others – follow policies and procedures, report hazards, take reasonable care of self and others
