  • You should be a role model for behaviours that promote equality, diversity and inclusion in your workplace
  • Other people will observe your behaviours, learn from and copy them
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion should be ingrained into all your work practices from arranging the rota to care planning
  • Challenging discrimination in a positive way is an important way to promote these principles
