  • Diversity is respecting and celebrating the differences between people
  • Inclusion is ensuring all individuals have the opportunity to participate
  • How do equality, diversity and inclusion affect your own practice? Are there particular protocols that you follow to ensure that you are working in a way that promotes these principles?
  • E.g. as part of your practice to you take a genuine interest in the background and culture of service users to ensure their care package is suitable?
