Unit: Develop, maintain and use records and reports
Learning outcome: Be able to prepare professional records and reports that meet legal requirements, and agreed ways of working
Assessment criteria: 2.1 Support individuals to participate in the preparation of reports

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to gain information for a report – this can include team members, service users, their families etc.
• Train and support team members to prepare reports
• Be on hand to answer any questions
• Agree roles and responsibilities
