• The advice from the inspector should inform senior management’s next steps
• If the rating is ‘requires improvement’ or ‘inadequate’ the organisation must deal with the damage that this will do to their reputation as well as take action to make things better
• Focus groups and feedback from others can help inform how an organisation can improve
