This unit is part of the Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) and has the following learning outcomes and assessment criteria:

- 2.3 Explain ways to identify new trends in social care and to evaluate how these might be incorporated into your business to support the growth and development in market provision
