  • Supervisees having the opportunity to discuss their practice – this may not be practical in busy environments that do not I’m schedule protected time I’m for supervision

  • Similarly, supervisors are able to address concerns about a supervisee’s performance
  • Supervisees can discuss, plan and be accountable for their learning and development

  • Team members work in line with legislation, regulations and best practices
  • Supervisees have the opportunity to offload any experiences and difficulties they have had which can contribute to their mental health and well-being
