  • Demonstrate that you reflect on your practice by giving examples of experiences that you have reflected on and learned from
  • E.g. you prompt an individual to take their medication and they put in a complaint about you. Upon reflection, you realise that you were being quite forceful because you wanted to ensure that everything was complete before you left your shift. In future, you resolve to not try to do everything yourself and if an individual is not ready to take their medication, you will be more respectful of their choice and hand it over to the next member of staff to prompt a little later.
