  • All care organisations must ensure there are systems in place to ensure the quality of the service s they provide
  • Depending on your role and responsibility, you may be required to contribute to this process
  • Feedback can be collated informally when chatting with others or formally through the use of questionnaire’s and surveys
  • The complaints log may also be a good source of feedback
  • Feedback should be obtained from a wide variety of sources including service users, their families and carers, staff and other professionals that you may work with
  • The data should be analysed to identify patterns or themes relating to what your organisation does well and what could be improved
