- Some areas of concern can include:
- Religion and spirituality
- Ensuring their family is cared for after they are gone
- Advance care planning (e.g. resuscitation wishes, lasting power of attorney etc.)
- Inheritance and financial planning
- Loss of independence/deterioration
- Pain management
- Changes to physical appearance and self esteem
