• For individuals facing death, it is important that they can explore their own specific areas of concern
• This is because we are all unique individuals and have different perspectives and priorities about death
• Some areas of concern can include:
  • Religion and spirituality
  • Ensuring their family is cared for after they are gone
  • Advance care planning (e.g. resuscitation wishes, lasting power of attorney etc.)
  • Inheritance and financial planning
  • Loss of independence/deterioration
  • Pain management
  • Changes to physical appearance and self esteem
