• For thos assessment criterion, you will need to demonstrate that you are able to planan activity to support children’s emergent mathemtical development
• The children’s age and stage of development should be considered
• The children’s interests and any current topics for the setting should also be considered
• Examples of activities could include:
  • Rhymes/songs
  • Pattern making (e.g. cutting out snowflakes, colouring a grid etc.)
  • Potato prints of different shapes
