- When reflecting on your role in meeting the needs of children, some things to consider could include:
- How frequently do you observe children/ do you have time to make sufficient observations?
- Which observations methods you used and why?
- How have observations informed your planning?
- Do you take children’s interests and stage of development into account?
- How could you improve your observations?
- For written observations, do you write legibly so that others can comprehend them?
