  • When reflecting on how you meet children’s additional needs you may wish to consider:
    • Your knowledge about the children’s additional needs (e.g. knowledge of their diagnosis, how to meet their needs effectively, own research etc.)
    • How you have worked with others, including health professionals and parents/carers
    • Your relationship with the child
    • How you communicate with child (particularly if their additional needs are related to communication)
