• The impact of environmental factors on a child’s development can include:
  • Less self confidence and self-esteem
  • Difficulty separating from parents
  • Inappropriate behaviour learned from the adults around them
  • Poor physical health (e.g. lack of money or understanding at home may result in poor diet, lack of outdoor spaces to get exercise etc.)
