  • For this assessment criterion, you will be required to plan activities that support the development of speech, language for three different child age groups
  • 0 to 1 year 11 months – peek-a-boo, picture books, heuristic play, rhyme and song
  • 2 to 2 years 11 months – exploration and discussion (e.g. a walk in the woods to find leaves/pinecones etc. and learn the names of the objects), arts and crafts, small world play, role play
  • 3 to 5 years – picture bingo, baking, small world play, roleplay, reading books, arts and crafts
