• Reflection means thinking about your actions and decisions to identify what you did well and what you could do better next time
• E.g. you may reflect on a situation where you witnessed discrimination but did not feel comfortable about challenging it. Following discussions with your manager, you now feel more comfortable about challenging discrimination if it happens again.
