- Your organisation will have policies and procedures relating to equality, diversity and inclusion and you must be familiar with them
- Policies should set out the organisation’s aim to promote values of equality, diversity and inclusion and not act in a discriminatory way
- This will include Equal Opportunities for employment by the organisation
- A Special Educational Needs policy will set ou how the organisation supports children with Special Educational Needs
- Employees should be provided with training in these areas and employers should monitor their organisation to ensure that discrimination is not present
