• Your organisation will specify to whom accidents/incidents/emergencies should be reported to in their policies and procedures
• Usually this will be your manager or a senior staff member that will go onto report to other relevant bodies, if required (e.g. the Health & Safety Executive, Ofsted, local authority etc.)
