    • not be subjected to repeat questioning/examination
    • to be kept fully informed and involved in decisions that are made about them
  • Parents rights when harm/abuse is suspected:
    • For allegations, parents/carers have the right to know what is being said and contribute their own thoughts and feelings
    • If child is suffering significant harm then parents/carers will have no rights
