  • All age groups:
    • 3 meals per day and nutritional snacks
    • Low sugar, low salt and low fat food and drink
    • At least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day
  • Aged 1-2 years: Full-fat milk (no more than 400ml per day), vitamin D supplement, 1000kCal daily intake
  • Aged 2-3 years: Semi-skimmed milk (no more than 350ml per day), vitamin D supplement, 1230 kCal daily intake
  • Aged 3-5 years: Semi-skimmed milk (no more than 300ml per day), Vitamin D supplement, 1480 kCal daily intake
  • Aged 5-7 years: 1600 Kcal daily intake
