  • Security – the workplace should be secure, confidential information should be stored securely, agreed ways of working must be written
  • Moving and positioning individuals – equipment and PPE must be supplied, sufficient training must be provided, agreed ways of working must be written
  • Moving and handling equipment and objects – equipment must be supplied, sufficient training must be provided, agreed ways of working must be written
  • Responding to incidents – agreed ways of working must be written, must be reported to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
  • Training – sufficient training must be provided
